Personal Experince
- I believe my personal experience is also important which is why I would like to share a bit because it has definitely influenced into who I am and my work. In January of 2022 I was in a car accident. Due to this accident I had over 15 surgeries which led to physical therapy and multiple hospital visits. I was also inpatient at UCHealth for almost 2 months which led to me learning a lot from healthcare providers and learning about them. I learned what they enjoyed working there and how the work flowed. In physical therapy I have also learned a lot and seen how they work with other patients. Due to having multiple appointments I have also created relationships with some of the front desk ladies. This entire experience has given me a broad view of how everything works in the hospital and has motivated me to want to work there. I have gained patience, experience, zeal, love, motivation and strength from this experience and I love to apply it to my work.
