• All aspects of adult CPB procedures including: Impella, IABP, ECMO
• Manage call/pto schedule for perfusion department
• Inventory management for perfusion items/ took over from hospital to be more cost effective and efficient
• Perform & maintain all QC logs as required by lab/hospital
• Establish new guidance and preference for new surgeons hospital acquired
• Inservice/Training OR staff when requested (ATS,IABP, general perfusion)
• Participate in hospital admin meetings as applicable

Providing cardiac and cardiovascular/ thoracic support and autotransfusion needs for a group of five cardiac surgeons between two hospitals. Also provide autotransfusion needs for orthopedic and occasional general surgeons between five hospitals. Coordniate scheduling for four perfusionists and autotransfusion technicians.

Credentialed at Florida Hospital Tampa, Zephyrhills, Carrollwood and Wesley Chapel

Private scrub nurse/ first assistant for a group of six cardiovascular/ thoracic/ transplant surgeons. Duties included clinical rounds in hospital, pre and post operative appointments with patients in office. First assistant for surgeons as well as vein harvesting. Actively involved with the start up of the cardiac surgery program at Bayonet Hospital
