  • There are clients that has specific instructions, such as if borrowers are deceased, then to send an email to client letting them know
  • Also there are clients that the first five numbers of social security to be redacted
  • Other websites that are used are the USPS for tracking the letters, probate search are any borrowers that are deceased
  • Also some clients have the scra/pacers that have to be done an a particular date
  • There is a client that uses a specific website to be able to find the documents.
