  • Created the organization's CI Project Framework and Lifecycle, which is used globally for CI projects/initiatives, synthesizing Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and Scrum Agile techniques. This framework provides a disciplined yet flexible approach to managing CI projects, enhancing overall project efficiency.
  • Implemented Lean Six Sigma methodologies in cost-saving initiatives, such as improving an order form in Excel, resulting in revenue recovery of over $80k for the Order Management domain.
