SCW BBQ March 2020

  • In additions to our regular events we have just currently added our Inaugural SCW BBQ Taste of Paradise Challenge, and will be replacing with a Food Truck Festival. We have taken on this challenge with the intentions of over 5000 in attendance.
  • The following bullet points are skills in which are needed to make this event happen in Maricopa County Islands
  • Creating a team which include: Logistics personnel which include myself; AZBARBEQUE (this is the representative that recruits the teams and gathers all information including insurance, and food health documents); PR Team; Sponsorship Team; and AFMA (Arizona Fire and Medical Authorities); and MCSO (Maricopa County Sherriff Officers)
  • Creating a Temporary Use Permit with Maricopa County
  • Submitting Special Event Liquor License with Maricopa County and State of Arizona Liquor Board and Control
  • Recruiting Volunteers
