Summary

The first year of teaching was a reality check. It was rocky and it shook a teaching philosophy to the core. As the year progressed it was a struggle to find a place and learn boundaries in the year 2020 with work and family. I worked at a few schools that year, but through perseverance and dedication In result, learned valuable skills to promote successful outcomes in teaching. Rising above it all I became an organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. To seek and maintain full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills. A goal is to learn and thrive in curriculum work to maintain challenging and engaging materials for all schools involved.
