Singing, Writing, Poetry, Guitar, My Family, Exercising, and Magic
I have a beautiful family that is very supportive. I am a survivor of a domestic abuse situation which is why I have lapses in my work history. I removed my children and myself from that situation some time ago. The issues that my ex husband was causing in my personal, family, and professional life while we were married, is no longer (and never again) to be an issue. I am very ready to get back into the nursing field with the support of my close friends, children, and family. I became a nurse because I have a heart that is too big for my chest so I wear it on my sleeve! It is truly a selfless job and I love that I am able to provide love and comfort to my patients and their families when they are facing some of the scariest, most vulnerable moments of their lives. I have a heart for people and for caring for the ill. I have never wanted to be anything other than a nurse. It has always been my one true calling; besides being a mother to all! I chose this profession for all the right reasons and I feel that my gentleness, patience, kindness, acceptance, and understanding has allowed me to provide exceptional nursing care.
When I'm not nursing I enjoy playing guitar, singing, songwriting, poetry, community outreach, volunteering, gardening, and managing my small online business selling Magic the Gathering playing cards with my lovely husband (recent) and best friend. Thank you for your time!
