Served as the People Board Lighting Representative for the year 2025

I'm my role as the People Board Representative, I acted as a liaison between lighting management and the general contributors of the lighting organization of Duke Energy. I hosted monthly "water cooler sessions" which were meetings held for the employees to give them updates on events, and policies within the organization, as well as serve as a "safe space" for employees to be free to voice their questions and concerns without fear of judgement or retaliation.
