On-site training included:

• On-site facilitation involves overseeing feedback before training, coordinating logistics for training locations (including using vans to travel to sites).
• Working in accordance with the Entertainment Character team, and Park and Resort operations while maintaining flexibility
• .

• Continuously observing swimmers to ensure their safety and prevent accidents or drowning. This includes scanning the water and poolside for any potential hazards.
• Identifying and addressing potential hazards, such as slippery surfaces, unsafe equipment, or unqualified swimmers in deep water.
• Ensuring lifeguard equipment, such as rescue tubes, first aid kits, and radios, is in working order and accessible.
• Documenting incidents, rescues, and safety checks, and maintaining accurate logs, as required by the facility or organization.
• Coordinating with fellow lifeguards and other staff, ensuring clear communication during shifts, drills, or emergencies.
• Always being alert, approachable, and maintaining a professional demeanor, especially when interacting with guests or swimmers.

• Ensure a magical resort guest experience by leading and interacting with children and adults in poolside activities and nighttime movies.
