Dynamic instructional assistant with a proven track record at Grandy Primary, adept at fostering student inclusion and enhancing academic performance. Skilled in classroom organization and effective communication, I successfully implemented personalized strategies for diverse learners, significantly improving engagement and learning outcomes. Committed to creating a supportive environment for students with special needs.
The gap in the work history, I was busy raising 6 children and being a Navy wife traveling the world. Two of them, now grown, were/are specials needs. I have 29 years of experience with the Autism Spectrum and 22 yrs of experience with ADD, ODD, PDD-NOS, and helping escalate emotional outbursts and teaching new regulation tools. I also spent several years(2008-2012) in the automotive industry working for Kimnach Ford as the Quick Lane Supervisor and at Southern Hospitality as their Parts Supervisor, but did not add those as that work experience didn't pertain to the experience here.
