· Oversaw design and buildout of new and existing interior office space in mostly Class A buildings for Salesforce in San Francisco, New York City, Dublin, Ireland, and Paris, France.

· Managed internal and external partners of the project from the initial concept design through project delivery. Partners included our architects, general contractors, IT/AV/Security teams, furniture dealers, procurement teams, and key internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery

· Delivered a variety of interior spaces including open concept employee floors (new build and refresh projects), specialty spaces (exhibition kitchens, auditoriums with large LED walls, Executive Briefing Center conference space, hospitality spaces)

· Managed large decommissions (300,000 sqft +) of 45 Fremont and 350 Mission as we looked to sublease existing office space and newly demoed shell space. Worked closely with our internal leasing team, external real estate brokers, and interested parties to deliver negotiated space.

· Major Projects:

o Salesforce Tower Dublin, Dublin Ireland – approx. 400,000 sqft of a brand new campus comprising of 4 buildings on the River Liffey. I oversaw the selection of the General Contractor, the re-design of our construction documents through a new design concept, and the build out of our first phase of construction. The first phase comprised of a large lobby space with LED walls, conferencing space, alarge auditorium, 6 employee floors, 2 hospitality floors with large living columns, an auditorium, anexhibition kitchen, abarista, various conference room types, and a large basement conferencing center

o Salesforce Tower New York, New York City- approx. 50,000 sq+ new build- Hospitality floor, Auditorium and Executive Briefing Center Conference space, and dedicated ground floor lobby. Key features include exhibition kitchen, large auditorium with massive LED screen and technology, state of the art executive conference rooms, Living columns, expansive lighting and sound design

o Salesforce Paris, Paris, France – Refresh and new build of 4+ employee floors including a new auditorium with large LED screen

o Salesforce East, San Francisco – Decommission project of 19 floors with 3 different sublease companies, Lobby Refresh, and Exterior Signage update.

• Helped lead multiple interior fitout projects for Salesforce in San Francisco, CA, Bellevue, WA, and New York, NY
• Worked cross functionally with internal and external partners - architects, general contractors, furniture dealers, IT/AV/Security partners, external Project Managers, and internal stakeholders and executives from the initial concept design through the construction and delivery of the project

Key Projects Included:

• Salesforce Bellevue, Bellevue, WA- 70,000+ sqft- office space fitout in new building. Highlights include interconnecting staircase across 3 employee floors, open concept office space, various types of conference rooms, large exterior signage implementation
• Little Ohana Childcare Center, Salesforce West, San Francisco, CA- Oversaw the design and buildout of the first of it's kind childcare facility for Salesforce. Interior build included multiple classrooms for children ages 0-5, teacher's rooms, and library space. Exterior build consisted of a waterproofing and paving project of the entire outdoor courtyard space adjacent to the building and 2 different playgrounds
• Salesforce West, San Francisco, CA- approx 200,000+ sqft fitout of office space for employees. Project included a mixture of refreshing existing floors and fitting out newly leased floors with new construction.

• Assisted the Global Real Estate team on various interior fitout projects.
• Worked cross functionally with internal Real Estate, procurement, design, and space planning teams across multiple projects.
• Assisted the overall team with the design and implementation of new global office design standards.

Key Projects:

• Salesforce Bellevue, Bellevue Washington - start of design for 70,000sqf + interior office buildout. Onsite meetings with construction team through SD, DD, and CDs. Oversite of initial construction.
• Little Ohana, Salesforce West, San Francisco, CA - internal project pitch and approval for new childcare facility in San Francisco. Contractor RFP and award, and initial design reviews for overall interior and exterior project. Oversite of start of construction.
• Salesforce West, San Francisco, CA- Project approval and initial design for the refresh and build-out of 10+ employee floors. Project Includes the refresh and new design of these floors.

• Provided Events and PR Senior Vice Presidents with administrative and operational support including heavy calendar management, international and domestic travel arrangements, expense reporting
• Planned and executed team events including: team offsites and onsites, department meetings, and various one-off events
• Traveled with our Events Roadshow team to offer extra support; executive handling, keynote and registration support with 3,000+ person events (Chicago, Dallas, Washington DC, NYC)
• Assisted our Dreamforce Team with onsite support and management of various programs
• Helped manage the LiveNation sponsorship with the U2 iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE tour. Worked with outside agencies on overall production and logisitics of the sponsorship.

• Supported Executive Recruiters throughout the entire recruiting process: interviews, offer letters and on-boarding of new hires
• Scheduled interviews for various executives (domestic and international) across multiple functions: Marketing, Technology and Products, Sales, IT
• Handled confidential candidates and roles with complete discretion
• Managed and booked all candidate travel and accomodations
• Partnered with Executive Assistants across the organization to help manage calendars between our executives and their candidates; ensured that the recruiting and scheduling process ran smoothly

• Assisted CEO with full-cycle recruiting process
• Coordinated first round calls and face-to-face meetings for CEO
• Schedule and conducted phone screens and in-person meetings with candidates
• Served as liaison between CEO and candidates
• Sourced candidates through various online resources, referrals, and cold calls
• Created candidate packets prior to client submission
• Scanned and sorted hundreds of resumes per week
