As a customer service representative. My responsibilities include greeting customers, handling transactions as a cashier, maintaining a clean environment, stocking shelves, and serving delicious treats like ice cream, milkshakes, and coffee drinks. This role has taught me the importance of attentiveness and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

My primary focus is to ensure that all students who need help are attended to promptly. I also make it a priority to complete all tasks assigned by my supervisor. Some of the specific tasks I handle include folding letters, filing papers, and shredding documents.

My main tasks include taking customer orders, preparing the shaved ice, and serving it to our customers with a smile.

Additionally, I ensure that my serving area remains clean and organized throughout my shift.
