Supervised and trained Customer Service Representative in the Registrar’s Office while managing all front office operations of this very busy office. This includes a high volume of telephone inquiries from parents, students, faculty and staff. The processed grades, appeals, course registration and withdrawals as well as many other operations by a Registrar’s Office. I started at Curry as an Enrollment Representatives and was promoted to Operations Coordinator.
