- Maintaining all patient files, records, cost per service and frequency
- Providing accurate monthly reports and ensuring ongoing client confidentiality
- Recruit Volunteers for all areas including special events
- Ensure proper background checks, attendance records and contact information kept on daily log for year end reports
- Conducting proper orientation, recognition and training
- Proactive in ordering, maintaining proper supplies needed based on requested items
- Enforcing all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and supervised work environment for all employees, volunteers and clients at all times
- Promote and encourage positive teamwork among co-workers and volunteers
