  • Several positions in customer service and soft selling products and programs to individuals. Exceptional skills on phone, and confidence working over phone for many different positions.
  • Positive attitude, and happy person, as well as a good team player. Also, there is a very friendly demeanor in working with the public, in person as well over the phone.
  • 2024 to Present 2025 continues in the Resource Center as a Part time Representative, with a point 6 position for the past 2 and half years. In 2024 I handled on my own a total of 6200 calls for Admissions and on site calls for various other departments, through the many 800 numbers the Resource Center answers for PAC/Admissions calls. We don’t just answer the calls. We as Resource Reps have many conversations with outside callers. As a Rep, if we find out they are looking for treatment then we do several Sales Force case lookups for those who have started the process for treatment at one of our many sites. We contact the PAC team assigned and do our best to connect with that Pac person if not involved in a live call. If PAC is unavailable, we send a work Q with Callers contact info and often their insurance names etc. Pac and the Resource Center work together in giving that caller the best care possible to finalize the work for an Admission future date. We do experience many conversations where we are trained in how to proceed with an emotional family member or be patient. I as a representative of HBFF treat each call with a caring and understanding professional voice with a smile when appropriate. We are many times the First person they speak with in reaching out to us for Quality Treatment!
  • 2021-2025 on-call additional position with as an Admin office Assistant. Work occasionally in the Cork Center when Staff need a day off. Also, Admission's Front Desk to fill in when available shift is open.
  • 2024 and 2025. Volunteer with Patient's Game time on Saturdays. (4 hours a month or more.)
  • This is a fun position that is a dual role with my husband, as we usually play Cribbage with Patients while they have open time Saturday afternoons.
