- I founded SHINE in May 2016; I established a location to hold classes, worked with the church administration team to establish a mutually beneficial relationship, held informational meetings for local families, took surveys to gauge interest, sought out other trusted board members to head their departments, drafted by-laws, liability releases, and parent contracts, and researched and registered for class registration software and background check management.
