Prepare monthly financial reports in addition to detailed physician and procedure reports;
Compile and organize documents for monthly board and financial meetings;
Manage the clinic's accounts payables, set up new vendors and balance the monthly Am Ex statement;
Provide marketing support regarding donor programs; payables to our donors, year-end tax documents;
Facebook management; baby gifts to new parents and manage and update yearly marketing budgets

Assist outside law firms with the coordination of physician affidavits as relate to gestational carriers;
