- Lead cognitive-based groups (i.e., memory, executive functions) for Brooks Brain Injury Day Treatment Program.
- Specialized focus on higher-level cognitive retraining skills, including assisting individuals with specific return to work activities as well as working with Human Resources offices on accommodations for patient’s job.
- Managing, and customizing external program NeuronUp for patients utilizing these cognitive activity tasks when in their home environments, and providing feedback.
- Providing overall feedback to all patient’s in the program, including reviewing goals and progress towards those goals.
- Assisting manager of Brain Injury Day Treatment and director of Brooks Behavioral Medicine with outcome data collections, including follow-up phone calls to patients, entering in data, and creating reports for CARF.
- Assisting manager of Brain Injury Day Treatment with set-up of activities for BIDT retreats.
- Assisting manager of Brain Injury Day Treatment with booths and learning opportunities of Brain Injury Day Treatment program (e.g., leadership conference, Holiday Huddle, etc.).
- Working with technology team and software developer team of Brooks Rehabilitation on setting up driving training interactive module
- Provide early intervention services to children with disabilities and/or developmental and cognitive delays
- Conduct assessments and progress evaluations
- Manage case notes and provide parents and state with regular reports
