Responsible for the direct oversight of membership sales, daily admissions, facility rentals, program registrations, concession operations, facility and departmental marketing, fitness floor, gymnasium, childcare, Active Net system administration, and other related customer service functions of the Community Activity Center.

Professionally and efficiently managed the day-to-day operations of Twin Coves Park within budgetary limitations. Manages the park to the policies and standards prescribed by the Director of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Superintendent, Town Manager, and Town Council. Responsible for the daily planning, management, team building, and leadership of Twin Coves Park, to include planning, promoting, reservation/rental, retail, other income items/events, and related financial reporting and other duties assigned.

Developed, organized, and implemented programs to promote and market the Community Activity Center and the Parks and Recreation Department. Improved customer satisfaction with timely response to inquiries, addressing concerns, and finding effective solutions.
