I currently work as a bus aid. I am a hard worker and a fast learner. I am a very positive person and love to work. I have lived in Round Rock for 22 years so I know the area pretty well but I have learned more about the area since I started working for transportation. I have also learned more about school buses. I have handled situations with students when they were not doing okay on the bus. I connect really well with the students. I have a great attitude and greet everyone with a smile. I have worked with special needs students before back in high school. I'm focused on passenger comfort and safety. Support riders of different physical and mental ability levels, helping secure restraints and securing wheelchairs. I have received a RROAR from my transportation depart. I'm a dependable employee seeking opportunity to expand skills and contribute to company success.
