Gardening, watercolor painting, crafts, and strength training.
I have found a love for plants that began with succulents about 6 years ago. This has grown into having raised vegetable garden beds, flower beds and anything that gets me outside.
I have always had a creative side. I began watercolor painting in 2020, which transitioned into many other crafts like macrame, knitting, and crochet.
I found my love for strength training when I tried a Crossfit class in 2015. This morphed into what became my CPT and health coach business in 2017.
All of these hobbies help me find some peace and relaxation in stressfull times.
