I have always had the ability to use common sense and logic to resolve problems. Since my first job, I was one of the first in my department to use a softer approach and truly listen to my members. I was able to establish certain criteria that needed to be asked and documented on every account. Most of my success from my current and previous employment was due to listening to the customers and coming up with things I could change to be more successful based on what I was experiencing during a workday.
