Plan and discuss group activities and outings for residents. Provide one on one time with residents. Provide supervision throughout the facility when need be. Help and teach residents new group activities as well as help them in participating. Plan birthdays and family time. Logging and reporting daily progress notes on each resident.

Supervision of residents within the facility. Ensure safety and wellbeing within the residents.Maintain a positive environment. Complete reports, logging and other documentation on time.Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff to support treatment planning for residents.Respond to crisis situations and follow established safety and intervention protocols.Preformed other duties such as leading groups with residents. Cleaning up after the day and evening with residents.
