Responsible for leading requirements definition, end to end testing and system configuration and implementation for key global initiatives on the Human Resources Information Systems roadmap. Project management experience includes:
- Led the technical workstream of a global automated solution to generate Verification of Employment Letters via self-service in Workday. Achieved a significant cost reduction in operations and improved the employee experience by reducing processing time.
- Helped design and implement a scalable solution in Workday to deliver critical health and well-being acknowledgements to over 30,000 VMware employees and contingent workers to support the migration back to work during the global pandemic.
- Developed and implemented an employee-initiated resignation process via integration from Applaud PXP to Workday. Decreased the number of voluntary late terminations entered globally by 6%, decreased termination processing time and streamlined the exiting employee experience.
- Partnered cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations and Talent Acquisition teams to support VMware's M&A Activities. Led the technical workstream to update HR systems, integrations and processes to support transferring employees into a global employment organization of 16 countries. Performed optimization cycles post acquisition to automate manual Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll and Termination processes for each country.
- Assumed a lead role in the implementation of Workday Recruiting, US Workday Payroll and global onboarding solutions. Demonstrated expertise in existing processes, system configuration and change management to ensure successful delivery of HR and Finance solutions.
