I am a driven and resourceful office administrator with several years of experience assisting law enforcement agencies and delivering customer service including clerical support and public interaction. I am proficient in communication, multitasking, time management, and organization in constantly changing environments.
In my current position, I am tasked with creating and maintaining detailed administrative processes and procedures such as; generating and managing spreadsheets to track overtime and employee processes, organizing paper and electronic files for Freedom of Information Act requests, updating personnel with a monthly newsletter, monitoring the post budget and payroll, pay daily invoices, complete travel & expense reimbursements for employees, ordering and restocking needed supplies for the post and occasionally looking over professional correspondence.
In my previous position, I was responsible for front desk clerical work at both the Sheriff's Office and Jail which included helping the public with various needs in person and on the phone. I also worked with records, completing data entry, merging reports, and dealing with sensitive information on a daily basis.
This position consisted of data entry, scanning documents into various record systems, overseeing incoming and outgoing mail, and checking people in and out for appointments at both the Sheriff's Office and Jail.
