Resourceful RN with 10 years of RN experience, 3 yrs of LPN and 2 years of CNA/HHA, caring for patients and working closely with other healthcare staff. I have worked from the bottom and strived to be a well rounded nurse with experience in all areas to provide better understanding of the job and patients needs. I have In-depth knowledge of emergency care and nursing care techniques and methods. Experience in Trauma II & III, critical access, urgent care, Home Health, Hospice and VA.

I have spent 11 years in Emergency medicine doing Trauma , Team Lead , ER Supervisor and Transfer Coordinator. 5 years in Travel Nursing in ER Trauma. 3 years in Home Health and Hospice with the last 1 1/2 being Director of Home Health and Hospice.My last was a start up position as nursing manager in the VA system. I have always carried a PRN job and not afraid of work .

I am a certified Fire Fighter for the Brushy Fire Dept and serve as the Medical Lieutenant and Volunteer working to assist my community with Hazmat certification. I am involved with our local Hospital with HICS as medical unit Leader and also involved with Indian Capital Votech on the PN Advisory committee for the Nursing Program and the HHA advisory committee.

My community is very important to me and I strive to do my part to help with improvements and involvement.
