Created and organized the largest toy drive in middle Tennessee for the past 28 years, raising toys for the children in the area.
Creator and organizer of Hwy 41 Toy Convoy and Show & Showy
Created and organized the Highway 41 Toy Convoy and Show for the past 28 years. The convoy is the largest event of its kind that has raises toys for thousands middle TN kids.
The convoy travels with a police escort from Manchester to Wartrace, Tn. Everyone brings new unwrapped toys that are distributed thru Coffee CO Rescue and the Steve Graves Gene Taylor Christmas Foundation, Manchester Police Dept and Wartrace Fire Department.
We have a band, door prizes and a car bike jeep truck show with trophies. I am responsible for all of this. I work with the local newspaper and TV stations getting the word out about the convoy.
