I am committed to ensuring a respectful environment for patients and team members. Starting as a dietary aid to working my way up to becoming a lead within 8 months it has taught me many skills on leadership, communication and problem solving, and team working. I am passionate on my leadership and strengths. I am eager to further my managing journey .
