As Design Engineer, i was responsible for backbone designs in specific markets, ensuring accuracy of the
records for clean circuit turn ups, which sometimes resulted in extensive research, created access service requests to send to CLEC/ILEC’s to complete circuits where TW Telecom network wasn’t available.

As Inventory Network Analyst, responsible for accurate Accugraph (company based system) updating, based upon Network Activity Notifications, which are a reflection of the equipment setup in the outer locations, received from the city Central Office Engineers.
Researching Reconciliation report monthly and resolving issues as needed, to further ensure
database integrity.
Attended Company Sponsored training classes as the opportunity arises, including Time Warner specific processes and products; Introduction to Ethernet and related introductory classes.
I was a single point of contact for both internal and external customers for my assigned markets.
Coordinated installation of service to ensure accurate and timely activation for customers, by dealing directly with internal
departments, vendors, RBOC’s, CLEC’s, and LEC’s, and developing an excellent rapport with those dealt with.
 Involved in ordering new Switch Special Access Transport facilities, augmenting of existing facilities, often resulting in
heavy LEC coordination.

 Was involved with an intensive data migration project to move an existing city over to a new system, resulting in extensive
data input into the Netcracker/CDI system.
 Input circuits and perform modifications into the Accugraph/CDA system as needed during the NAN process.

Routing and designing of telephony circuits ranging from SS7/DS0 circuits up to OC48 circuits in all markets with heavy concentration in the Colorado market.
Continuous contact with internal departments, vendors, RBOC’s, CLEC’s, and LEC’s, to ensure customer’s circuits turned up on time and accurately.
Assisted in training new co-worker’s in various Provisioning processes.
Attended numerous training classes.
Involved in numerous line cost reduction processes ranging from a saving of approximately $20,000 monthly to approximately $70,000 monthly.
Researched UNE and OCN ordering processes with Qwest in the Colorado Market and self-trained in placing those orders to Qwest.
As Supervisor, oversaw the day to day Wholesale Provisioning operations to ensure department goals were met,
acted as Second Level Escalation, and Acted as Manager during Manager’s absence.
