Summary

I am very excited to be given the opportunity to apply for this job. I was considering opening a child care facility myself. I am a teacher who has the passion for teaching and loving children. I am caring and compassionate. I believe that one of the most important trait of working with children is patience. If you don't have patience

when working with young children then you should find another profession. In my classroom I am very flexible. If I need to I can change what I am doing to meet the needs of my students I definitely will. I pride myself in my communication and organization skills. Before I starting teaching I worked for a pharmacy technician. At this job I had manger duties. I am familiar with making schedules, hiring and firing staff. As a director of a childcare facility I plan to work with my staff as a team with constant communication. I am willing to pay and do some professional development in child care. I am trained in CPR for adults, children, and infants. If given the opportunity to be the director of your new child care facility I can assure you you will receive my upmost dedication to make the Mt, Pleasant's new child care facility the best around.
