Attended a 2 year-program starting my Junior year of High School, where I was introduced to medical careers involving hands-on patient care in a variety of settings of hospitals and nursing homes. The program provides State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) training – which can lead to entry-level employment in the healthcare field. I used my training and skills in the clinical setting at a hospital and other facilities in order to gain real-life experience while also earning college credit. Admission into this program is highly competitive and is intended for students who are interested in furthering their education in a medical career. I am also a team player, a fast learner, quick to catch onto how things are done, provide a great attitude, take critique well, take pride in the work I do, and do it to the best of my ability.
