When I find myself getting overwhelmed or stressed from a long day, I rely on the hobbies I have to distract or let go of any negative worry. One of my main hobbies is working out at the gym I go to, SpeakEasy Fitness where I tend to workout at least five or six times a week. This is something I like to do for my health and body because not only does it make me feel good about myself afterwards but I feel like I am ready to take on the rest of my day. Painting is another hobby I have recently picked up on because it allows me to slow down and gather all my thoughts. It feels almost therapeutic and isn't something that needs to be difficult but instead fun and creative. Museums are also where I find myself when I have the time and I enjoy the beauty behind the art and statues that were created. Lastly, traveling and photography is a hobby I partake in from time to time. I recently went to Hawaii, specifically Oahu and it opened up my eyes to how peaceful and sacred their land and the people were. Inspiring me to want to travel to more places in the near future and have the opportunity to meet all different people around the world, while familiarizing myself with their culture and language.
