• Manage clinic flow and nurse schedules, obtain histories and vitals for patients, assist with in-office procedures aseptic and sterile technique: including injections and anesthetics, scribe for the physician during a visit, triaging patients, float to different departments as needed to help with clinic flow, order supplies, and provide leadership and support to my team members. I developed patient education materials, brochures, clinic policies, and employee orientation materials.
• Promoted from Clinical Assistant to Primary nurse in August 2012. Promoted from primary nurse to Lead float in March 2013. Promoted from Lead Float to Facial Plastics Lead Nurse in October 2014.
