• May 2024- August 2024 at Lexington Medical Center Extended Care. Skills practiced include medication administration, head to toe physical assessment, wound care, daily care activities. Total 112 hours
• August 2024 - December 2024 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital on Medical-Surgical floor. Skills practiced include trach care, medication administration including subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, wound care, chest tube system maintenance, g-tube feeds and management. Total 112 hours.
• 2025 - Prisma Children's Hospital on school age and adolescent floor. Skills practiced include assessment of an adolescent, medication administration, patient education, orthostatic blood pressures. Total 18 hrs.
• January 2025 - April 2025 at Lexington Medical Center on Medical-Surgical ICU floor. Skills practiced include cardiac monitoring, IV medication administration, management of insulin drips, wound care, chest tube system maintenance, neuro assessments, observation of several rapid response teams. Total 112 hours
• April 2025 - Prisma Children's Hospital on infants and toddler floor. Skills practice include NG tube maintenance, NG tube feed, medication administration, assessment of infant, patient education, Total 18 hours. April 2025 - Prisma Health Baptist Birthplace. Skills practiced include postpartum assessment, newborn assessment, contraction and FHR strip assessment, observation of a cesarean section.
