2 YearsI started hosting at keg and cow June 2024, this June will be my second year at keg and cow. I have learned a lot of new things since I have started here. I have developed strong customer service, communication and organizational skills while seating guest, waitlist, and front of house operations. I have also trained and mentored newly hired host staff, ensuring they understood restaurant procedures, customer service standards, and daily responsibilities before working independently. When the restaurant is slow and steady instead of just standing around I make sure there is always something to do.
