
I have always had a strong work ethic and when I was 12 I started to buy non running lawn mowers, weed wackers, Etc, and I would get them running do all the maintenance on the machine and would flip them. I have always been fascinated by anything mechanical and I am always eager and excited to learn something new as well as try new things, I am also a very fast visual learner and pick up on new skills quickly.
Some of my duties at Starbucks include, ensuring that all aspects of daily operations are running as smoothly as possible, as well as identify bottlenecks when they form and figuring out how to fix the situation and make sure it does not happen again as well as coaching the partner if need be on certain aspects they can improve upon to ensure the issue doesn't arise again.
I also do my best to make sure that every customer that comes to our store has the best experience that they can, along with that I have experience handling cash and dealing with upset customers and doing everything I can to make sure they come back, Along with janitorial skills, communication with team members Etc.
My main duties at the maze mostly consisted of giving people hayrides during season as well as maintain the grounds, tractors, Atv's, Utv's, leaf blowers, Etc. I would also help out the kitchen with stocking and making food when I had enough time in between runs. During my first season I managed to win employee of the day as well as rookie of the year at the end of the season.
My job was to talk to all of the customers that came into the service department and build a connection with them and find out why they were visiting and while they were there i would also appraise their vehicles and convert them into possible sales leads and pass them off to the salesmen.
My duties at Chick-Fil-A were to help maintain the speed and flow of service as well as I learned how to identify issues that arise and find solutions for them. I also learned customer service skills as well as cash handling, janitorial skills, as well as various other things. Within my first 6 months at Chick-Fil-A I was put in charge of all of our outside drive thru operations throughout the duration of the summer.
