First thing in the morning we start off by checking the appointments for the day and getting hat tags and key trackers ready when we get a RV in we will greet the customer collect keys go over the customers concerns or repairs and perform a walk around on the coach. After the diagnosis is done i inform the customer of any necessary repairs or servicing needed, if the customer has no further repairs i cash out the customer and pull around their coach. Keeping customer satisfaction is a top priority as well as making up sales to keep profits on an upward trajectory.
