Also, handle payroll for all technicians and monthly chargebacks for service repair orders. I also still handle collecting purchase orders and answer emails and the phone for service department.

Completing manager duty’s, creating budgets and weekly schedules for employees. Also, completing weekly payroll.

Talk to customers, set up appointments, handling billing and dispersing work orders. Also, training new employees and handling warranty’s.
