- I would participate in multiple tasks before, during and after our shifts such as counting our registers, checking fitting rooms and keeping each area organized by size, style, and brand.
- Fitting rooms: each associate is in charge of their fitting room, they must remain clean and organized. Clothes should be returned back to each designated section.
- Getting change: If receiving large bills, it's the associates responsibility to retrieve change from customer service to ensure that closing is efficient and consistent with keeping the register at a hundred dollars.
- Opening/ Closing: Opening would include counting the register and ensuring that the register is at one hundred dollars, no more and no less than that. Closing would be counting the register- if the register was over a hundred, I would have to take out the exact amount exceeding the required amount (i.e., $120, I would put $20 into the bag) and take it upstairs to customer service to sign out the bag for the register. I would also leave the hangers and the trash out for the docks to grab the following morning.

- Teas and drinks: I would restock drinks and prepare three different teas as well as make back-up teas at the end of the night. We would refill straws, lids, and napkins.
- Bathrooms: I would clean bathrooms before, during, and after our shifts. Making sure they are fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and we would ensure the toilet was scrubbed with cleaning supplies.
- Sweeping: Before, during, and after our shift I would sweep the dining area and patio if needed, keeping the floors clean and free of cheese, etc.
- Food: My job as a server also included taking orders and running food out, as well as assisting customers with going over the menu, items, and retrieving any delicacies they would like.
- Opening/ Closing: Opening would include taking all chairs down, restocking teas and other things if needed. Closing included stacking chairs, sweeping, restocking, wiping all surfaces down and mopping the entire dining area.

- We would do multiple tasks, we would make boba drinks, sizzling plates, take orders, and send orders out on our carts.
- Boba: I would make a variety of boba drinks with different ingredients and serums, we would also prepare the boba pearls in the mornings, we would prep the teas, and stock the boba station in opening and closing shifts.
- Sizzling plates: As a server, we were responsible for making sizzling plates which included any type of raw meat (lamb, beef, pork, etc) and preparing the plate behind our server counter. Then we would deliver the sizzling plate to the designated table.
- Taking food out: I would take out appetizers, plates or napkins to the tables first. Then when the entrees were done, we would deliver the pots on our carts and make sure we were careful and steady when placing the food with our guests. When we were at the tables, we would also pre-buss as well.
- Opening/ closing: for morning shifts, we prepped all the ingredients, and for the closing shift, I would clean the boba section and the sizzling plate section by taking all dirty dishes to the back, wiping everything down, restocking any missing elements. I also would have to clean all tables, take back silverware, sauce carts, QR codes, and place all the chairs on the tables. Then I would sweep and mop the restaurant.

- Safety measures: I would attend field trips and make sure that the children were safe, had lunch, and we would keep track of their money so they could get souvenirs and gifts from the shop.
