I am a highly motivated individual with a passion to learn. I have always shown a keen interest in mental health and the vitality of being able to aid those in crisis or those who just need a little balance. I value highly energetic workspaces with causes they are passionate about. My goal is to be able to be a part of a company that shares these values, as this is the environment I thrive and contribute the most.
Working as both a semi-private group class coach and also a personal trainer, I have had the opportunity to develop the skill set to work in group settings and also privately. My role was to continue to build a sense of community within the club, while also driving and creating passion towards working out. I also work with individuals varying anywhere from looking to rehab injuries, all the way to individuals in their 90s who have the goal of just being able to move.
I supported and aided through the integration of SAP systems whose purpose was the create a more efficient standardized model for the company to use across all departments.
I supported students aged 11-13 to learn and participate in football. I was responsible for both their development and enjoyment of the sport. This was of vital importance, especially when taking into consideration the international nature of The Village School. This meant that a majority of the athletes participating were learning the sport for the first time. My leadership, educating, and child development skills have been honed and sharpened while coaching these young athletes.
I support high school students aged 15-18 in strength and conditioning work. I work in tandem with their coaches to make sure that their performance on the field is the best result possible. I also work through movement issues, as well as mental blockades these students experience, often building their confidence not only as an athlete, but also as a student and individual.
As an intern for PH Partners, I was involved in finding background information on new companies looking for financing for their medical ventures. I was also involved in looking into specific equipment and new drugs and finding the projected economic trajectories.
I was responsible for signing leases for the property, as well as assisting the current residents with any issues they were experiencing.
My primary role was to advertise, cold call, and sell memberships to Orange Theory. I was responsible for running the front desk of the office, and managing current Orange Theory member's accounts. I was furthermore responsible for maintaining the high standard of the appearance of the store.
