I had just over 10,000 sticks in under two years, with an efficiency rating above 95% for most of that time. i’m trained in everything with aurora devices as well as XIs, including alarms and maintenance. i am trained in dealing with reactions with patients, helping them feel better and continue their day after the process has disagreed with them. i’m also fully trained in the screening process including finger sticks. During my time here, i received two different promotions, one to trainer as well as to a higher level of training within plasma center technicians. I was also trained in reception, answering phones and dealing with donors as the first person they see when they enter the center.
