Proficient youth support worker familiar with tutoring, chaperoning and educating youth. Good relationship building, conflict management and communication skills. Seeking a permanent role in a fast-paced environment. Focused on assisting all types of youth to broaden understanding of the world and improve future success. Promoting positive changes to educational, emotional and behavioral health by using hands-on activities, academic support and entertainment options. Eager to contribute to a dynamic team and support organizational goals. I look forward to helping the children of Robeson County and to help them in the process of to becoming successful and more involved within there school life as we assess there needs and problems one day at a time. I would also like to add my time at UNCP will be done in the summer months of July, where I will have completed all of my course work. I will then have to wait for my diploma in the month of December as this will be the only graduation they will be having for my time period.
