• Balance out workload for both shifts based on incoming inventory, hours worked and headcount

• Train and develop associates in a multitude of different areas of the warehouse. Record employees that complete specific certifications and who get certified on any piece of equipment
• Present PowerPoint presentations to new associates introducing them to the company and what night shift does specifically
• Created a spreadsheet to track first 100 hours of each associate training in a new area; sent weekly report to supervisors
• Educate incoming and current employees on how to correctly carry out processes inside facility
• Assist associates on how to maximize their incentive pay by helping them achieve a positive EP% on a consistent basis

• Lead and assist in establishing an effective and proficient working environment for the manual pick area. Some responsibilities include:
• Making sure product locations is ideal for pickers, providing the associates with supplies in the appropriate places
• Relocating certain merchandise based on product sales, spikes, weight, and fragileness
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve or investigate issues with products such as on-hands counts; assisted in creating nightly roster

• Assist in ensuring that employees use proper operational techniques in order to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the warehouse. Support supervisors by implanting their ideas and tactics onto the warehouse floor and giving them consistent feedback.
• Lead for the A-Frames, replenishment team and responsible for running entire Friday night shift
• Send out nightly reports on kick off percentage and product issues that were encountered during the shift
• Brainstormed with supervisors/operations manager new operational strategies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the A-frame

• Assist in ensuring maximum efficiency in various warehousing functions including, order filling, double checking, packing and shipping. Responsible for quickly and accurately retrieving consumer orders on a nightly basis.
• Was awarded a spotlight recognition award from management in November 2018 for being able to “quickly adapt” to different situations on a nightly basis and having a great attitude towards my peers
• Was chosen by management as “back up” lead for A-frame, manual pick and Bio-Box within first six months of employment

• Responsible for supervising all parts of the supercenter during both day and night shifts. Some of those responsibilities including making the work schedule for over 100 associates weekly, reviewing accounting paperwork and to help properly merchandise products in all areas of the facility
• Assisted in improving the store's total earnings from $92 million in 2016 to $98 million in 2017
