Skid Row Food &' Clothing Drives: (2015-2020)

  • Actively participated in organizing and executing a food and clothing drive in Skid Row, a community in Los Angeles facing homelessness and poverty challenges.
  • Collected, sorted, and distributed donations of food, clothing, and essential supplies to individuals and families in need.

Project Her (2017-2019): 

  • Recognized the needs of homeless individuals, particularly women, and organized/executed the creation of feminine care packages. These packages included essential items such as sanitary pads, tampons, wipes, and personal hygiene product
  • Coordinated donation drives, fundraisers, and volunteer efforts to gather supplies and resources.

The Berkeley Project(Fall 2022)

  • Worked with students and residents of the Bay Area through hands-on and virtual community service by partnering with 43 service project sites all over the City of Berkeley and Oakland
  • Managed a team of 10 students where we engaged in landscaping, planting trees, and yard work for the community of Berkeley.

Breast Cancer Awareness Walk (Fall 2023)

  • Participated as a volunteer at the Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, and contributed to the success supporting participant registration, and fundraising efforts.
  • Assisted with event setup, including signage, booths, and registration stations, to ensure a smooth and organized experience for participants.
