My position cinsisted of pilling trash,sweeping, and wiping down surfaces

• Refer to specific gravity charts for preparation of metal to rubber adhesion process

• Prepare the proper forms for documentation and quality review

• Extract and mix appropriate chemicals required for specific rubbers types based on specific quantities as stated in recipe

• Operate and maintain the coating machine making sure that no cross contamination occurs

• Required to perform machine change outs as needed and also basic troubleshooting on the machines to ensure proper operation per production standards

• Cut & sheet processed rubber per production specifications

• Maintain quality and quantity of parts for continuous production

• Visually inspect parts for any deficiencies

• Operator of the curing process

• Prepare manufactured parts for rubber to metal adhesion

• Prepare quantity inventory data reports

• My role at this company was manually packaging hardware items for a company called STIHL. This included counting, sorting, organizing, and labeling small items into their respective package

• i was a janitor i cleaned up bathrooms, cleaned windows, dusted, mopped floors, vacuum

· Assist in nightly closing procedures and upkeep.

· Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products and services
