I have worked at the Ward 7 Blue Bulls Youth Organization from 2001 until present as the Director of Youth Sports. While working at the W7BBYO. I became involved with the DC Department of Recreation and AAU. In addition, I have officiated DCIAA and high school basketball for 8 years. I feel I possess excellent leadership skills, dynamic interpersonal communication skills and strong mentoring ability. Equipped to support the mission of any athletic program. I am focused on cultivating hardworking and focused athletes and teams with an emphasis on teamwork and perseverance. I also have a vast knowledge of basketball rules and regulations.
