• Led the development and execution of GSD&M's DE&I strategic framework, driving significant increases in representation, vendor diversity spend, and employee retention.
• Designed and implemented inclusion learning and development programs, including LinkedIn Learning paths, workshops, panels and other professional development programs.
• Provide ongoing thought leadership and expert guidance on talent development and inclusion, serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.

• Appointed executive within the Board of Directors for E4 Youth, an Austin-based nonprofit organization on a mission to engage, educate, employ and empower BIPOC youth in Central Texas.

• Manage and participate in the operational task forces (4), and act as a mentor to the founder and CEO of the organization

• Served as the subject matter expert on diversity and culture for BMW Group. Responsible for ensuring diversity-focused, strategic integration across all of BMW’s National campaigns, events and partnerships.
• Championed DE&I strategy by creating talking points and messages for external speaking opportunities, and internal communications that were adopted by the BMW Executive Board and Corporate Communications
• Implemented and launched BMW Group Employee Resource Groups
