- Create and lead support raising for the Ministry raising over $60,000 in 5 months.
- Establish a budget for year to year for salary, Ministry cost, and other expenses.
- Meet with coaches all across Georgetown Campus to plan how to serve their teams.
- Create partnerships with local businesses and church's in community to support FCA Campus Ministry.
- Lead Multi-Sport Huddles with preaching and teaching to student-athletes.
- Collaborate with Campus Administration and Coaches to establish FCA's role at Georgetown College.

- Worked beside Director of Player Development Courtney Love. Learning the daily operation of Player Development such as high school to college transition, academic development, success after ball, and alumni relations.
- Implement Coach Mark Stoop's vision for the program with Player Development to working in collaboration with him and the Assistant Coaches to ensure team's Core Values and Goals enforced effectively with the student athletes.
- The liaison between football student athletes and the athletics department to ensure academic success and eligibility. Collaborated with housing to secure on & off campus housing.
- Fostered positive relationships with new recruits along their recruiting process, football athletes and their families, as well as former football athletes to be the bridge the relationships to the program.
- Assisted with Director of Operations with team travel to the hotel for home & away games and team dinner. Also at Bowl game site with off-site practices, and activities.
- Collaborated on more than 5 community initiatives for team. Organized and lead a Disaster Drive which yielded 4000+ non-perishable food items and supplies for Kentucky Flood Victims, and visits with Kentucky Children Hospital.
- Revamped Player Development Curriculum with cultivating Development initiatives rooting from these 4 aspects - Faith, Academic Development, Personal Development, and Professional Development.
