  • Successfully garnered a 90% G1 participation increase for a single Army Synchronization Resource Conference (ASRC) compared to a combined 45% of the last 4 ASRCs. The focus has now changed to better Operationalizing Manning into the ASRCs, addressing the many challenges of the Army Managing Guidance, and manning related friction points to better ensure the personnel efforts are synchronized with Operational requirements. His planning efforts made possible the integration continuance of a dedicated Manning Forum utilizing Video Teleconference technology via the G1 Synchronization held in conjunction with the ASRC. Both venues continue to greatly help integrate the FORSCOM and Army Service Command Component (ASCC) G-1's into the Operational planning cycle to address manning friction points as well as to cross pollinate lessons learned throughout ASCCs and G-1s throughout the FORSCOM footprint. Reviewed and screened applicant resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Served as the FORSCOM G-1 lead Council of Colonels member in support of the FORSCOM Campaign Plan (FCP). Instrumental in facilitating the closure of one G-1 Tasker (Parental Leave Policy) in support of FORSCOM commander’s “Freedom Six Priorities”. Endlessly supported the Chief Staff of the Army (CSA) efforts in managing the Strategic Efforts (SE) as G-1 lead for synchronizing the personnel equities within the Army Campaign Plan (ACP). Diligently spearheaded the Department of the Army G-3 directed ACP Army Synchronization Meeting (ASM) battle rhythm within the G-1 directorate garnering a 100% G-1 participation and on time submission rate for all required events.
  • Partnered with senior leadership to establish and develop corporate and HR policies and procedures.
