  • Researched and networked with private investors to design tribal exempt bonds for cost of project development goals
  • Engaged in due diligence research for tribes, in order to negotiate amount of bond interest rate, length of repayment terms, and identification of revenue stream to pledge, for repayment of loan
  • Worked with private investors to design bridge loan (start-up funds), based on revenue, generated projects that resulted in needed operating capital
  • Drafted revenue allocation plan to determine distribution of funds once revenue source was established
